Terms of Service

1. The service
humanoptional provides automation tools and done-for-you services, including PhantomTap — a TikTok automation service running on real Android devices. By purchasing or using our services you agree to these terms.
2. Payments
Service fees are charged monthly. A 14-day full refund is available from the date of purchase. After 14 days, payments are non-refundable. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to use our services to post content that is illegal, harmful, or violates TikTok's community guidelines. We reserve the right to terminate service for violations without refund.
4. Service availability
We aim for 24/7 operation but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance, device issues, or platform changes (by TikTok or others) may cause temporary disruptions.
5. Limitation of liability
humanoptional is not liable for account restrictions, bans, or revenue changes on third-party platforms (TikTok, YouTube, etc.) that result from their own policies or algorithm changes.
6. Changes to terms
We may update these terms. Continued use of the service after updates constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
